The Machine Learning and Optimization Research (MOR) Consortium sparks knowledge transfer and facilitates interactions between industry partners and researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
With extensive expertise in machine learning and optimization algorithms and applications, MOR’s research group is committed to working with industry partners to solve machine learning and optimization challenges in data analytics, healthcare systems, manufacturing, transportation, signal/image processing, planning, logistics and other commercial applications.
Together with the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery, the Grainger Institute for Engineering, the Institute for the Foundations of Data Science, the LUCID graduate training program, the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences, the American Family Insurance Data Science Institute and the MADLab Machine Learning Center of Excellence, MOR is cultivating optimal solutions and talent pipelines for businesses, government, and education.
